The Customer for the delivery of the purchased product, can choose his residence or domicile, the workplace or the private address of a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is located within the European Union and outside Europe.
The delivery of the products is made at the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relative order.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package present imperfections, the Customer must proceed to the opening of the package itself in the presence of the carrier, to verify the status of the product contained therein. Pick-up will result in acceptance of delivery.
For security reasons, no deliveries will be made to post boxes and the order will not be fulfilled.
For each Order placed on the site, we are not obliged to issue an invoice, unless it is expressly requested by the customer at the time of the order, as required by art.22, paragraph 1,n.1 of D.P.R. n.633/1972. No change in receipt will be possible after the issue of the same.
The shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are distinctly highlighted in the order form. They may vary according to the method of dispatch chosen and the place of destination of the products.
All purchases will be delivered by carrier or can be collected at the Parma store Via Mazzini 5/b.
If we are not able to deliver the ordered goods as a result of unexpected unavailability, even temporary, timely communication will be given to the Customer by email, and in any case the delivery will be made within a period of time that goes from 3 (three) days to 30 (thirty) days.
Ave Caprice, is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the products will still be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the Purchase Order.
For delivery it is necessary the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the Order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the carrier, the Customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- Whether the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by setting a reservation of written control on the proof of delivery of the carrier. Once the carrier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to object to the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Ave Caprice will send the Customer a shipping confirmation by e-mail once the products have been shipped.
Consignment number of each delivery made will be kept in order to ensure the safety of the delivery of the product.
Shipments costs to non-European countries will be calculated and communicated at the time of purchase. Once the Customer has received the shipping amount, he can decide whether to proceed or request a refund of the purchased product.
Shipments to non-EU countries are subject to duties and customs duties borne by the Customer. These expenses are requested from the Customer directly by the competent institution.
We choose our carriers very carefully in order to offer the best shipping service on the market.
Our DHL, FedEx and GLS carriers allow us to ship throughout Italy and the rest of the countries we ship to.
